This deliverable is a result from SWARMs WP2. The goal for the system viewpoint is to create a solution for the problem that is described in the operational viewpoint. This deliverable contains a list of issues which might arise, and which need to be resolved when the system itself is designed/implemented, or when a system is upgraded to be more autonomous.
