dc.description.abstractThis article explores an conceptual extension of the well established frameworks Life Cycle Analysis and Input-Output Analysis to include identification of quantitative policy constraints. This is done by first introducing a nomenclature for the structural regimes. Second identifying the related emissions and seeing them in the context of the structural regimes. Finally the institutional dimension is added to identify how the various institutions govern the various structures and emissions.nb_NO
