Abstract
Alle bedrifter går igjennom ulike livssykluser. som iverksetter bedriften ønsker å vokse, men i etableringsfasen møter grundere ulike utfordringer. Disse utfordringene må håndteres på en effektiv måte, dersom bedriften skal utvikles i senere stadier samt bli klar for å takle nye utfordringer. Grundere blir konfrontert med ulike utfordringer, som krever at gründeren må bedrive ulik ledelse i ulike fasene i bedriftens livssyklus.

Gründeren må inneha nødvendig kunnskap og lederkvalifikasjoner for å skape vekst og utvikle fra etableringsfase til driftsfase. Det er nødvendig for gründeren å utvikle seg i takt med bedriften og se behovet for endringer. De må endre sin lederstil med ulike stadier i livssyklusen.

Anvendelse av livssyklusen i ”Regnskapskontoret” viser hvordan noen faktorer ble mer avgjørende for gründeren fra etableringsfasen til driftsfasen. Manglende lederkvalifikasjoner hos gründeren førte til hans tilbakegang.

All businessens go through different life cycles. The entrepreneur who implements the company wants to grow, but in the startup phase, entrepreneurs face different challenges. These challenges must be managed effectively considering development in later stages and to be ready to tackle new challenges. Entrepreneurs are confronted with various challenges, which require that the entrepreneur must engage in different leadership style in the various phases of the corporate life cycle.

The entrepreneur must possess the necessary knowledge and leadership skills to grow and develop from the start up phase to operational phase. It is necessary that the entrepreneur develop in line with the company and see the need for change. They must change their management style with different stages in the life cycle. Application of life cycle in the "Accounting Office" shows how some factors were more important in establishment phase to corporate phase. Lack of management skills led to companies decline.
